IN THE MATTER OF: – Memo of Urgency.

MAY IT PLEASE YOUR HONOUR;

The petitioner most humbly submit as under:-

  1. That the Applicant has filed the above titled Anticipatory bail Application before this Hon’ble Court and the same is sure to succeed on merits. 
  1. That the matter involved in the Application is of emergent nature and in case the Application is not taken up today itself and the petitioner shall suffer an irreparable loss and injury.

In view of the submissions made hereinabove, it is, therefore, prayed that the Anticipatory bail application  for interim relief  may kindly be taken up for  consideration today itself in the interest of the justice.
